About Us

Who we are
Welcome to Travel-Abroad eCards — a blog built for people in Nigeria (and beyond) who are curious about visas, international jobs, and living abroad. I’m Law P (yes, the same name you use), developer by trade and explorer by heart, and I started this site because I saw a gap in the real, practical information people need to make the leap.

What we do

  • We break down visa processes in major destinations: what the forms say, what they really mean, common mistakes.
  • We explore job opportunities overseas: how to spot them, how to apply, what local realities to expect.
  • We share tips on life abroad: culture shocks, money matters, networking when you’re new.
  • We aim to keep it honest. No hype. No “get rich quick abroad” stories. You’ll get both the promise and the caveats.

Why this matters
Moving, working, or living abroad isn’t just a change of scenery. It’s a shift in mindset, systems, expectations. I wanted one place where those pieces — visa, job, life — come together. Whether you’re thinking “Should I apply for this visa?”, “Will I find a job there?”, or “What will everyday life be like?” — we hope you’ll find answers (or at least good questions) here.

Our approach

  • We lean on research + real‐life stories.
  • We focus on Nigeria as a starting point (but the lessons often apply elsewhere).
  • We update when things change (visa rules move, job markets shift).
  • We welcome your questions, your stories, your challenges — because this isn’t just about “me telling you,” it’s about a community learning together.
